Let me remind everyone that the aim of this experiment is to gain mass. We are trying to gain a total of 30lbs in 3 months. As a result, our metabolic conditioning will be drop. We have yet to see the significance of this drop. I hope that in a week or so I will get accustomed to the increase in caloric intake.
Here are some stats that will be affected cuz of the diet

Back Squat-275 RM
Deadlift-345 RM
Shoulder Press-155 RM
Bench Press-265 RM
I am hoping I will have an increase in all. I know there will be a decrease in all CrossFit Benchmarks that involve met. con. and possibly those with gymnastic moves. Remember its a means to and end.

Hey I wouldn't start such I journey if I didn't think I could make it to the promised land with you by my side. We just have to hang in there and keep the foods lipid-dense so it doesn't seem like we're eating alot. I would stick to peanut butter instead of peanuts for example. The question I have you is..... can we really put on 30 fucking pounds? I'm at 180 now I would be shocked if come Feb 11th I am over 200, I just don't see it happening. But we'll see.
Also, I am gonna follow the HQ WODs but please let me know how and when to lift heavy so that I can maximize the diet. I'll try and come up with foods to help you keep your sanity and you help me lift obsence amounts of weight.
